Io direi -sempre che non si voglia fare con PHP nuke che ben skinnato è una figata!- (surfare per credere http://www.securitywriters.org/ ) di prendere i template da www.oswd.org (Open Source Web Design) in particolare mi sembra che faccia al nostro caso il desgin "Wanker".
