Here is a list of questions I have.
you will fine a “chat box” in Zoom as well. Once we are on, please send any
additional questions through that—will help me manage them.
AGENDA
- Is there are feasible way for volunteers to help out during this time of
crisis? If so, can you list needs, qualifications, etc.
- Front entrance only is being used so visitors can be screened. Does the same
rule apply to residents? (bringing parents back following medically necessary
appointments, etc],
- leave printed copies of the grocery form at the front desk or at each
residents’ door?

Here is the announcement that was originally posted.
You may find it useful to keep this open on your desktop.

Folks, we’re set up for a teleconference on Sunday, at 10:00 a.m., a
just-for-us part, to get comfortable with the Zoom videoconference
application and talk among ourselves, and then at 10:30 with James Brown.
There are lots of advantages to meeting in this way, including the option to
use a telephone, just like you’ve probably done on regular teleconferences
and we did last time. The video option is pretty exciting and should be fun.

If our meeting times out, we do have a second meeting scheduled for 10:30; to
join that, click on:

Here are some other useful things to know:
1) When you join, please be sure to enter your name, so other participants
will know who you are.
2) When you click on the link the first time, you will be given a screen to
install Zoom on your laptop, desktop, smart phone, or tablet if you don’t
already have it. You’ll need to do the installation in order to participate
with the video, so you might want to go to the join link early to get set up.
You can actually do this at any time (even now) and check out the screen and
various icons/features.
3) Phone access is pretty direct. Note that *9 allows you to toggle between
mute and unmute —if there’s background noise where you are, use mute and
unmute when you want to speak. If it gets hectic, let’s use raised hands. *6
allows you to raise/lower your hand.
4) The video app gives you lots of options in addition to mute/unmute and
raising hands, including video on/off, different views, and more that we’ll
review. If you’d like more info ahead of time, check out

<https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting->
— it includes links to downloading the application ahead of time and joining
a test meeting.
5) Don’t forget we’ll try to have the whole meeting at
https://zoom.us/j/460576689 ;<https://zoom.us/j/460576689> — if we get timed
out/closed, go to https://zoom.us/j/424426688 ;<https://zoom.us/j/424426688> —
