My mother left the building several years ago for Hebrew Rehab and then passed
away. Her care was great in both places and I valued the 100 Centre St
responsiveness I now see you are both getting and supporting in this chaotic
time.
I've tried to withdraw from the F&F group several times over the past few ears,
but failed. I do want to protect your privacy and withdraw from inclusion on
this list.
Is it possible there is a list master who could withdraw me? If not, I will
just continue to try to unsubscribe following the links.
No need for anyone to add my trite need to your troubles at this time.
Again, best wishes for the best you can do in such difficult and challenging
and unclear times.

I would like to suggest we set up a group of volunteers to help out the staff
at 100 center . We can help with front door duties, food or package delivery
to residents etc or anything else James feels we can help out with.

Elevator—I heard from the elevator company and they will return on Monday to
install the parts. It is still two weeks from install/test/inspect although
I do not know what is going on with the inspectional services and if they
are going on hiatus during this period. I, and everyone else, certainly
hopes not.
Dining- We have worked with Unidine to create a window of delivery for
lunch/dinner/Sunday brunch. They knock loudly and if no one answers the
meal is left hanging on the door. Starting tonight staff are circling back
after all the deliveries to see who still has it on the door, knocking again
and if they do not answer we are calling them. If anyone calls us to say
they were missed we will get them a meal. Unidine prepares additional ones
that are stored in the refrigerator. On Friday at lunch the menu for the
following week will be delivered and picked up on Friday. Additionally the
front desk has menus and the dining room has menus as residents still stop
by.
You recently got an email and voicefriend from Rhonda with some additional
updates. We continue to work at supporting all of our residents and
enforcing the no-visitor policy we put in place. Staff have been calling
all the residents to see what support they need and we are formulating ways
we can support those needs.
Overnight security—We hired an outside security company for the nights.
Honestly they were hit and miss on presentation and ability, so we have
created a new schedule that will have our own internal staff covering
24hr/day.
