Dear Homeowners -
The Fairmont Board has approved significant improvements on the property this
year.
This includes:
- Landscaping
- Concrete repairs
- Exterior wood and trim repairs
We need each of you to please help in two ways:
First of all, if you see any issues with construction, things that
got missed, or things that were not properly cleaned up. Please
call DASE MANAGEMENT. You are the eyes of the association and
Dase cannot address issues they miss or cannot see.
Secondly, If your area of the complex gets new shrubbery or other
landscaping, PLEASE WATER THE NEW PLANTS DAILY for the first several weeks.
This should be done early in the day or late in the afternoon,
not at the height of the sun.
We're spending significant money on this that YOU are paying for.
If these plants are not watered properly, they can die and then
we have to pay to have new ones planted again.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
