Two meetings were held on November 23 - A standard Board meeting and
the Annual Meeting for the Fairmont Homes Townhome Association.

At that meeting, the 2021 budget was accepted and the Board appoved
a *$5 increase in the monthly assessment*.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2021, THE MONTHLY ASSESSMENT WILL BE $260.
