Please be aware that the most recent Reserve Study the Board commissioned last
year has been received. In light of the high inflation rate we're currently
experiencing, this study suggests that our Reserve funding is inadequate and
that an increase in monthly assessment may be required.
The Board is currently studying the report to see what, exactly, is appropriate
to do here. This will be a topic for our next Board meeting. We encourage
all homeowners to read this document and come to the next quarterly Board
meeting with your questions or concerns. You will find this new Reserve
