I am the Treasurer for Fairmont Place Townhome Owners Association in Des
Plaines, Illinois. You performed a reserve study for us in 2011 and again in
2016. We are planning on another reserve study to be performed in 2021 and want
to include an estimate in our budget. Could you please give me an estimate on
the fee for a new reserve study? Also, if at all possible, could you let me
know what the fee was in 2016?
