All those areas of wood at the base of chimney structure should be checked. I
have a rotting wood in that area also.

This was brought to your attention and put on the punch list TWO MONTHS AGO
when the weather was fine and we had people available for these repairs.
I asked you again about it around a month ago and you said it would be
taken care of.
How many other uncompleted/half-done tasks are there on Fairmont property

I had to go find a gutter cleaning service after you claimed no one was
available
and/or it would be thousands. That took me 30 minutes.
Scheduling concrete work dragged on and on - even though it was fully approved
at least a month ago, and possibly even more. Now we can't even get it done
at all this year.
Tom, I feel we are not getting the service you promised us when we first
signed on. We understand that the pandemic has made scheduling some things
harder, but you frankly don't seem to be all that engaged or on top of
things. If I can find a gutter service in 30 minutes, so can you - and
you're getting paid to do it.
Please get on top of this stuff. It's frustrating the Board and the larger
homeowner community who largely don't have all that much that needs to be done.
We shouldn't have to chase you down or do the research for you.
We'd like a full list of known outstanding work on your To Do list to
understand what tasks from 2021 now are dragging into 2022.
