Note that the last two items have just been added.
If you need clarification on the windows issue, you will find the details
in our Declarations. Homeowners bear the responsibility of replacing
their windows at the direction of the Board. We do this when we feel they
are no longer able to be maintained properly (or just have not been).
Once you notify the homeowner in writing, I believe they have 18 months
to comply (as I recall). That notification should be in writing.
