It should be, but 811 is saying it is the Assoc responsibility. Don't know
where they gotthis. From time to time, this should be sent out to remind
owners what is included.

The old management company revised this with our attorney in 2014.
I received a few comments from the attorney (included in retainer) and have
made the necessary corrections. They included sewer maintenance and
clarifying the word "exterior" in the last sentence. Please review. I am
now going to assume this is now completed. It will go with the letter we
intend to send to owners..
