BELOW IS THE FINAL RESPONSIBILITY CHART. IT WAS FINALIZED IN 2014 AND
NOTHINGHAS BEEN CHANGED SO FAR.

The old management company revised this with our attorney in 2014.
I received a few comments from the attorney (included in retainer) and have
made the necessary corrections. They included sewer maintenance and clarifying
the word "exterior" in the last sentence. Please review. I am now going to
assume this is now completed. It will go with the letter we intend to send to
owners..
