Tom -

They need to give us time to absorb this.  Getting it the day of our first 
Board meeting of the year after months have passed is a little frustrating.

Have they been paid?  If not, ask them to wait while we process this.

I apologize for the delay in getting this back to you. Attached is the report 
with the requested changes. The $32K difference meant we had to have a much 
more aggressive bump out of the gate, but then  freeze the assessment level 
out. We'll be roughly back on par with the planned assessments and reserve 
fund balance by 5 years.
