I am fine with proceeding on the proposed work and then having them come
back to do the rest however I have several questions:
- TOM: Will we pay more to have to have them come out twice?
- TOM: Are we sure they will actually come back to do the work we wanted

Given how busy everyone is we may have to take what we can get, but 816 has

asking for this for several _years_ and the sunken stoops were noted over a
