I am fine with proceeding on the proposed work and then having them come
back to do the rest however I have several questions:

- TOM: Will we pay more to have to have them come out twice?

- TOM: Are we sure they will actually come back to do the work we wanted added 
to this scope?

- DONNA: Are we OK with this spend from a budget POV?



Given how busy everyone is we may have to take what we can get, but 816 has been
asking for this for several _years_ and the sunken stoops were noted over a 
_year_
ago.

Does the bid include the several step up steps at the stoops where walks have 
sunken??
