Hi Tom ,
Per our phone conversation today, my clients, Mr & Mrs Wilfredo Barlao is
requesting that window scraping and painting be provided by the association
approved contractor. This request arises from my clients interviews of
several window replacement & repainting companies who gave them tge opinion
that windows didn’t need to be replaced but just needed scraping &
repainting. They checked back to the Fairmont Place townhomes Responsibility
Chart which definitely states that exterior painting of the building, window
trim, and doors are the responsibility of the Association. These are lines
24,25,& 26 of the same chart.
My clients are intending to sell their unit as soon as possible since they’re
now retired and wishes to be with their kids’s family in another state. Any
assistance to facilitate the quick sale of their unit with regards to the
issue of windows will be greatly appreciated. If you could kindly present
this matter to the board as soon as you are able to would again be
appreciated.
