Subject: CEMENT COMPANY AND POT HOLES, FIRE GATE, ETC.
Met the cement guy walking in this area. Mike Aubi 843 called
him over about his patio replacement. They will be out on Tues.
May 31st. I also mentioned to him about the 7 step up we
were to get installed at the same time. He knew nothing about
these. I showed him the step up at 837. He did not recommend this. He
suggested that at those 7 locations, the
sidewalk squares before the stoop be removed and a gradual
increase to the stoop be done, so the stoop is not a high step.
His name is Mike thru Prime. Please contact him so they can do
all the concrete jobs at one time. You should have the list of
unit owners that needed the step ups. Mike Aube showed me
at the start of his walk, between 843 and 845 is lower and fills
with rain and the dirt around it flows over the walk. In the winter, this
area is one sheet of ice. His wife has fell 3 times on the black ice. Maybe
the cement guy can either replace it or
raise up the 3 squares.
Also, on driving out, in the asphalt part there at definitely 2
deep potholes, today filled with water , and maybe a smaller
3rd pot hole. They are all in line of one another. Please see
if this can be patched.
When is the fence guy going to paint the fence posts and panels
he put in, fix the gate and the fire gate. I noticed he missed some of the
fence posts that should of been pained on his last
repairs.
