Have you tried accessing from a machine other than the server?

I have installed exchange server on child domain and i couldn't get the
exchange working. finally found that microsoft information store service
failed. Now i installed the exchange on parent domain. all services are
fine. But i can't get access through web ( is
not working. I gave the admin user name and password. its just hangs. no
answer. i need steps to troublshoot. greately appreciate.
