With Robert suggestion - you can call this public folder with any name you want and your user will not be able to read what inside. If you don't want to do it through public folder - when you right click the mailbox store and in the properties select on the General Tab to Archive you can browse to select the user that will get all mails coming in or going out. Create a public folder and give everyone write access, though not read access. Go to the exchange system manager, right click the private message store (mailbox store) and tick where it says "Arcive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this store" and choose the public folder you created :) Regards, Robert Abela GFI Software Ltd. -----Original Message----- From: hakam [mailto:hakam@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, October 02, 2003 11:01 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] users mail http://www.MSExchange.org/ hi there nice contacting you, I wonder if you help me on this : I need to get every copy of mail get in to my server, I am administering an SBS 2000 SERVER, is ther any way to forward a copy of every mail from and to users into my admin mail box. thanks for your help, it is needed for security porposes in my organization yours hakam qawas system manager ( IT ) al-said cell .comp. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: robert@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: hakam@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') This mail was content-checked for malicious code and viruses by GFI MailSecurity.
