Well, you should try his account in your workstation, because we
would know if his account rooms the right permission to access his mailbox.

Perhaps its not working with only his username anymore in OWA server
because might be another mailbox account in other site with the same alias
name. OWA server doesnt know how to choose between them.

Keep in touch, it seems to be a permission problem.

        Regards.

I added his profile on my outlook and it worked fine. Meaning I created a
new, his, profile on my workstation.

But this is weird. If I use his full name on OWA first window, then my,
exchange admin acct. and password I am able to open it.

It used to work for him just by using the username.

Thanks,
Juan

Can you use his user account at your workstation and create a
profile and still be able to access his mailbox?

Or, can you use your user account and access his mailbox trough the
OWA?

This will help us to track where is the problem !

Citrix client nor through OWA. I am using Exchange 5.5, SP4 on 2000
server.
