urgent help needed

I have to solve this problem as soon as possible
A user in our company recently got married and wants to update her
network user ID and email address with her married name. The network is
running Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 5.5. Describe and list the
various changes that I would make to update her name - try to be specific
on the settings modified. The user would also like to continue to receive
internet email with her old address. How I can do it
