urg help required

Hi all,

I mailed this but i got no response so am mailing this again.Please provide me 
some urg help.
This is very basic but we are stuck.

I have Exchange-2000 server on w2k OS and i am using outlook express as client.

Now i want to export the active directory address list and import them in the 
outlook express across all the location.
 
Is there any procedure/docs then please let me know.

I do not have any tools loaded on the exchange 2000.
