Open the txt file do a control A to copy everything and then do a control v into the first cell of an excel work sheet. At this point, everything should be in column A, cell 1 down to how many user you have (if you have 100 users it will be row 1-100). Next type the name of your exchange server in column b, row 1 and copy that down to match how many users you have. Next, put your time zone info in column C, row 1, (i.e. Eastern Standard Time). Also copy this down to match how many users you have. Once you have this, make a back up of your mailbox_1.txt by renaming then do a Control A in the excel file and a control v back to the Mailbox_1.txt. You should be good to re-run the batch file again. ________________________________ From: exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alex Sent: Thursday, March 08, 2007 4:11 PM To: exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ExchangeList] Re: time zone update thanks for the info i tried this but not being a excel person the fields are coming out different i will keep trying thanks for the info ________________________________ From: exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Allen, Christine Sent: Thursday, March 08, 2007 1:23 PM To: 'exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [ExchangeList] Re: time zone update Export those folks to an excel spreadsheet and add the server info and the correct time zone then copy those folks back to the Mailbox_1.txt file and run the batch file again. ________________________________ From: exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alex Sent: Thursday, March 08, 2007 1:13 PM To: exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ExchangeList] time zone update has anybody seen the nonexistent.txt mailboxes that can not read time zone info i have 200 mailboxes and about 75 it reads time zone info for and other none i have looked in each user calendar setting and they are enabled thanks
