I'd be inclined to thing that this is a client-side problem. Time zone or
daylight savings settings could be off. Have him check the time zone setting
within Outlook (tools>options>calendar options>time zone).

Running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003.  One of our customers is
complaining that his emails consistently display a time that is off by one
hour.  is there anything at the server end that can control what time
zone, daylight savings time etc. on a per-client basis?  The rest of the
customers are reciving emails with correct time stamps.
