If you are getting errors when downloading the OAB to your workstation, the files on the workstation may be corrupted. Does a search for your OST file, the other files in the same directory, OTHER THAN THE OST FILE make up your OAB. Delete these files and perform a manual send/receive (f9 key). This will download a clean copy of your OAB. Thanks, Manjeet ________________________________ From: Bruce J. I have deleted and recreated new offline address book and assigned it the default global address list and ran rebuild. The rebuild failed. I have ran Exchange Best Practices and found no problems. I have tried all Microsoft Tids on this matter and no help. I do not have or cannot find any orphaned Templates. Anyone have any Ideas.
