What is the error code reported by Outlook when Synch fails? What are the error codes in the application log of the server? What version of Exchange? How many Exchange servers? I have deleted and recreated new offline address book and assigned it the default global address list and ran rebuild. The rebuild failed. I have ran Exchange Best Practices and found no problems. I have tried all Microsoft Tids on this matter and no help. I do not have or cannot find any orphaned Templates. Anyone have any Ideas.
