What anti-virus software do you have on the machine, is the engine and dat file upto date.

Any file-level AV?

Do an ExBPA on the server and see if any issue are reported.

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi

We are running exchange 2003 sp2 server in the windows 2003 sp1 domain.
Problem is store.exe takes cpu over 100% for long time sometime. In the friday afternoon, only two active users use ActiveSync with exchange server, store.exe takes over 80% cpu for two hours, we have to kill store.exe and restart information store service and cpu is back to normal. Server is with Compaq PL 380, 2X933 Mhz cpu, 1.2 G memory. Please help.

Thanks

ben
