The permanent solution would be to shut down the Exchange server.

 

The temporary solution is not send out going e-mail during that time.

 

The better solution is to find out why you are getting an NDR after just one
hour.

hi guys,

can anybody write me how to stop emails bounce when internet is down.actualy
some time internet is down for one or more hour.due to that emails are
bounce.please write me permanent solution.
