smtp in ex2000

halo everyone,
i'm a newbie in ex2k.
i need some explanation about smtp in ex2000
when i send internet email, i receive an administrator undelivered messages.
i use 602prolansuite as my smtp and pop3 server
is it possible that exchange is using smtp services so that prolan can't
send internet email?
because when i used ex5.5 , everything seemed ok
any kind of help will do
