send mail from different domain

Have following problem
exchange w2k (sp3) running on w2k (sp3)
Exchange is running 4 different domains
several users are receiving e-mail from al 4 different domains
if users wants to sent messages it sending out as default domain setted up
in exchange.
Any idee how to configure outlook 2000 so they can send mail on different
domain.
