http://www.msexchange.org -------------------------------------------------------Here is what I see- I ran Netmon the reason its failing is because the send connector is querying for an MX record for the FQDN of the smarthost BUT my smarthost doesnt have an MX record. Kinda defeats one of the points of using a smarthost why would it query for the mx record of a smarthost? if that is true, i would call that a bug....
