Hi Everyone; Is there a way that I can schedule an appointment on all or a group of users calendars without using Outlook invitations. I have had a request for certain meetings (eg staff meetings) to be scheduled on a public calendar and then be entered automatically on all users calendars. We are running Exchange 2000.
