Why don't you try re-installing IIS and the appropriate service packs.
This will likely help

Cheers

Subject: [exchangelist] repairing IIS after SUS

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I installed SUS on my exchange server only to find out that I didn't
want
to use it. After I did this, I found out that several asp applications
on
the same machine wouldn't work. I'm not sure how to fix this without
messing up my OWA. For example, Internet Printing web page will not show
up, shows page not found.

Any help would be appreciated.
