This shows up in the GAL in this format? Did you verify the display name in AD? What I would do is ldifde this account out and run through all the attributes to see if any references of her old name is still configured somewhere. User1 has a mailbox and when user2 comes to the job replacing her, all I did was renaming the active directory account so automatically she can login with same permission. Now the problem is when people send email in outlook, the cached name shows user2 ( user1). I tried deleting the cache file and recreating a new one with no luck. Old name is stuck somewhere in account. Anyone knows how to remove it? Thanks
