relay restrictions-- help help!!

Hi,
I'm using my Exchange 5.5 server as an SMTP server for roaming users at
my organization.
Roaming users uses outlook pop client to retrieve mails from Exchange
server and uses Exchange 5.5 server configured with IMC to send mails to
users across organization as well as to the recipients on Internet.
Can anybody tell me how can I configure my Exchange 5.5 server or IMC on
the server so that I can have this server to relay mails having
originator information with user@xxxxxxxxxxxx only and no other domains
can relay mails using this server???
I'm also using Mailsweeper for SMTP 4.2_5 and McAfee Webshield for SMTP
4.5MR1a behind that.
Can I use these boxes to achieve what is required????
