question for Exchange organization name

Hi
Could use Exchange organization name same as Active Directory Root domain
name in the exchange 2003 server running with windows 2003 member server? For
example, root domain name is Company.com, exchange organizatioin name is
Company?
Could use same Exchange organization name in two different windows 2003
forest and domain (no trust between them) with exchange windows 2003 servers
running?
