This is pretty scary. If I were you I would immediately cease all activity
on the drive(s) that housed the IS and contact MS support.

I cannot start information store service. get error: "information store
service returned service specific error 4294966090". when using ESEUTIL to
see and repair files get mess:" cannot access file headers. jet error -1206
...".
The files are in the exchsrv\mdbdata but the priv.edb is 0Bytes and the
Pub.edb 5MB. Before the problem (since last week) priv.edb was about 5 GB.

    Well, what do you mean saying "corrupted"?

    Lets us know a little bit more.

    Which Microsoft Exchange Services can you start?

    Which are the erros messages you are getting?

    Do you still have those files in Windows Explorer, os they are not there
anymore ?
