Are these new profiles? There were a lot of fixes to OL98 and I'm sure you have one or more of the versions out there. Any reason they can't be upgraded to OL2000? Or is it a desktop issue? Have you verified name resolution is working properly? Have you verified the client is talking on the proper protocol (bindings?) All mailboxes have been moved from Server1 to Server2. When setting up outlook profiles using OL98, i am unable to resolve mailbox names when specifing the home server, server2. If I change the server to server1 it resolves the mailbox name. Anyone seen this? I also have a number of machines running outlook 2000. This is not a problem for Outlook 2000 users. thanks ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------
