problem with exch 2000

hi all
i have installed exch 2000 for my company but when i go to the reciepients
and then receipients policies , then double click the default policy and
then go onto email address tab double click the smtp address i find the
option this exchange server is responsible for all mail delivery to this
addresss, but if i create a oraganisation id it gets highlighted and the get
the option to tick mark, with a priority of 1. but how can i make it the
lowest priority.
any ideas plz?
