They probably have some add-on or AV hooked into Outlook and its not
releasing it.

Hi all,
Some of my clients have this scenario: when they close the microsoft outlook
2003 program, the outlook.exe process doesn't disappear and they cannot
reopen the microsoft outlook 2003 program.
Do you know how to configure this problem ?
