occasional duplicated emails

Hi,
I?m wondering if anyone knows how to fix the issue of occasional duplicate
emailes delivered into some mailboxes that are members of a distribution
list.
I have checked their accounts it all looks good. It is random and it
happens to some of the suers on occasional basis.
Any clues, or Infos. would be appreciated. End users are on OL2K and
Exchange 5.5 server.
