newly created email

Hi all,

         I have created 3 emails addresses and added them into recipient
policies which seems to be working as I can log into OWA with these email
addresses and send email ok.The problem is they do not receive email just
get a bounce back saying recipient could not be reached I believe this may
be a relaying problem but any ideas would be helpful.
