Still can't access even using owa. I think the problem is when I create
that account, the x400 address is not created by system. I don't know why
this is occur. Trying to create other account, and have the same problem
also. Is the problem located at x400 problem ?

Yesh, I'm sent a message to that mailbox. But the problem is I can't access
it. When trying to setup the mailbox to outlook, it give me error.
