Open the exchange system manager...go to the storage group properties
and in the general tab you could change the path of the transaction log

Subject: [exchangelist] moving tracking logs to a different drive

I want to move the message tracking logs from
%SystemDrive%\program files\exchsrvr\ServerName.log
to another drive (I hate to have logs in the root partition).

I followed the instruction
(obviously I subsituted <Newdrive>:\Exchsrvr\Tracking.log with
<Newdrive>:\Exchsrvr\ServerName.log) but that doesn't work, the logs
end up in the default location.
