move mailbox between two server running exchange 5.5

Hi all,
I am going to move mailboxes between two server running exchange 5.5 in the
same site, As I know, when I move mailboxes from 5.5 to 2000 or 2003, we
will have some problem forexample: loss datta, can't login...But can you
tell me when I move from 5.5 to 5.5, will I have any problem?
