Ara, This is a delegate issue. Here's how you can fix it. Go to the user who is the meeting organizer, in his Outlook, go to Tools - Options Delegates tab. Check if there is any user listed as delegate, if not add your name as a delegate, and then you will see the grayed out option "Send meeting requests and responses to my delegate only" gets enabled, and I am sure it is checked. You have to uncheck that option, and click Apply. Now, close Outlook and re open again, and go back to the delegates tab and remove your ID as a delegate. Test with a new meeting request, I am sure the problem will be fixed. HTH. When he sends the invitation out and people accept or deny, the reply message goes to two other people (!) and one of them is the email address of the person who has been removed. I have checked all delegations and permission to see if I can find the person on all email folders. Where should I look to see why when he send something, reply goes somewhere else? > This is a multi-part MIME message. > > --=_reb-r274C5331-t427D29ED > Content-Type: text/plain; > charset="us-ascii" > Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable > > If the user sends an invitation to you and you look at the headers, do > you see the unwanted address in it?=20 > > Does it matter who the invitation is sent to?
