Restart the Microsoft System Attendant service (which will basically
cause all of Exchange to restart).

You don't say whether your environment is Exchange 2000 or Exchange
2003. If you are Exchange 2003, I would probably spend some time with
the Exchange_Mailbox WMI class to figure out who/where Exchange thinks
the mailbox is...
