yesterday the red X mark was not showing immediately after i deleted mail box , today i can able see and do the exchange tasks ...

Deleted Mailboxes are retained for 30 days by default, you can run the Mailbox Cleanup Agent by right clicking over the Mailboxes container in the Store, once you have run the cleanup agent a red X will appear next to the disconnected mailboxes, you can then right click over the disconnected mailbox and select Purge.

Please tell me how to overcome this issue , i have deleted user along with associated mail box also
in windows 2003 exchange server , but i can able to see still mail box are replecting in stores.
tell me how to deleted from stores also.
