[ExchangeList] issue adding SMTP address

We have issue adding an smtp e-mail id to user mailboxes using one of the administrator account. This admin account has all the previlages required. In fact this account was working fine. Suddenly it started giving this problem. Other admin account have no problem.

I run exchange 2003 on SP2 on windows 2003. I recently 15 days back updated to SP2 , not sure if it is because of this.
