intermittent problems

Happy 4th of July eve,
We are running exchange 2000 (SP2) with server 2000 (sp2). I have a
distribution list called everyone - internal, with multiple addresses in
it. I have one user that never gets an email from this list, although
they are a member of the list. I have tried taking her out of the list
and placing her back in the list, to no avail. Anyone ever come across
anything like this?
