only this particular mail. and i can see his inbox he has subscribed to some
newsleter. he gets incomplete  newsletter also. we r using winnt 4
workstation. i deleted his profile and recreated, still the problem exists

I cannot see this because, all mails are downloaded from server to pst
and
exists in individual users pc's. we dont keep any mails in server.

If the same user logs on to a different machine with his account, is he
able to see the whole mail?

Hello
i am facing a strange problem. a email is sent to 5 persons in my
organisation. all the 4 persons are able to see the full mail. but one
person is not able to see the full mail. last part is missing or getting
cut.
we are using exchange 5.5 with outlook 2000 as client.
has any one  faced similar problem or any solution for this.
